Where is the hotel?
Holiday Inn Stevenage can be found at St. Georges Way, Stevenage, SG1 1XX. Ideally situated just a moments away from major transport hubs, and just a 30-minute journey to Central London.
Is there car parking at the hotel?
The hotel offers parking however, there are limited spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis at £12 per 24 hours.
However, there are nearby offsite car parks which are available at a special discounted rate of £7 per exit. This can be validated at the hotel reception.

Do I need ID to be able to check in?
Yes you will need proof of ID and proof of payment card to check into the hotel.
Is Holiday Inn Stevenage pet friendly?
No, unfortunately we do not accommodate for pets.
What are check-in and check-out times?
You can check-in to your room from 2pm and check-out at 12pm.
Is there Wi-Fi available at the hotel?
Yes – the hotel has Wi-Fi available throughout the whole hotel and is available free of charge to all guests.
Do you provide a service for late check-out/early check-in?
Late check-out and early check-in is subject to availability. Fee applies. Please ask at reception upon check-in.
Do you have a fitness centre?
Yes, we have a mini gym at the hotel open 6:30 am – 10:00 pm. Including: a Treadmill, Elliptical Machines, Free Weights, and a Stationary Bicycle. If you wish to use this please ask reception to add access to your key card.
What is your smoking policy?
All bedrooms and public areas are non-smoking. A smoking area is available outside the entrance and to the right of the hotel.
Do you provide cot beds and high chairs?
Yes, we can provide cots and highchairs. Please ask a member of the team or request when making your booking.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Please call or email reservations@histevenage.com is you need to cancel your hotel room booking. Or if booking through a third-party, please contact your booking partner. *

Do you have 24-hour room service?
Yes we do have a 24-hour room service menu with limited items available after 9:45pm.
Can you cater to allergies?
We cater to allergies as much as we can. We kindly ask that you provide any allergy information when booking, or to a member of the team when ordering your food.
What options for dining are there in the hotel?
Our restaurant, Destinations bar and restaurant, is located on site where you can enjoy dishes from Destinations around the world.
